Rome, Ga - This past Saturday afternoon an explosion leveled the Winchester wing of Northwest Georgia Regional Hospital. Though no patients or nurses were killed in the explosion, over a dozen are being treated at Redmond Hospital for burns and severe trauma. In all, over thirty patients have been relocated to Redmond to retrieve treatment until the damage done can be repaired.
Authorities investigating the scene have found evidence of arson, but have yet to make any arrests. Investigators on the case do believe this was an internal affair, and are currently screening the entire staff and all patients for any information that may lead to the cause of this incident.
Since the incident, at least seven patients have gone missing; over half of which were being treated for severe psychosies. Though conflicting confidentiality agreements prevent the hospital from releasing the names of these patients to the public, the authorities have obtained records on all seven patients and doing everything within their power to locate and detain them.
The RPD has released the following descriptions of the patients to the public, and advises that anyone encountering one of these individuals take precaution when dealing with them and contact the the RPD or NWGA Regional at once.
{OOC: included are short descriptions for the seven patients and contact information for the RPD and NWGA Regional}
