Justin has been kind enough to set up an electronic downtime form for us. This should make downtime submission easier for you, and help the STs stay organized.

As a note just for Requiem: I'm setting a deadline on downtime returns for XP. The deadline is midnight on the second Saturday of each month, i.e. one week before our usual games. That gives me time to process information, orchestrate plot crumb-dropping, etc etc. I'll accept downtimes submitted after the deadline, but they will not earn XP and they may not be as effective (for example, if your action runs counter to another PC's action who submitted their downtime on time).
